1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MunchiMatch mobile application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please delete the application immediately.

2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

MunchiMatch provides an in-app chat feature to coordinate with your friends. You agree not to use the service to send abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or illegal content. MegReuS LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these guidelines without notice.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Munchi Pro)

MunchiMatch offers an optional premium subscription ("Munchi Pro") providing an ad-free experience and extended features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

4. Third-Party Affiliate Links

MunchiMatch provides links to external services (e.g., DoorDash, OpenTable, Uber). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or transactions processed on these third-party platforms. We may earn a commission if you interact with these affiliate links.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

MunchiMatch relies on the Google Places API to source restaurant data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant operating hours, ratings, pricing, or availability. MegReuS LLC is not responsible for the actual dining experience, food quality, or health concerns at any establishment matched through the app.

6. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
