How can we help?

How does the swiping work?

Once you create a session, you and your friends will see a deck of nearby restaurants. Swipe Right (Yeah!) if you want to eat there, and Swipe Left (Nope) if you don't. When the majority of your group swipes right on the same place, it's a Match!

What happens if we tie?

If your group is stubborn and swipes through all the restaurants without a match, MunchiMatch will prompt a Tie-Breaker. You can either play a digital game of Rock-Paper-Scissors to determine who picks the spot, or let the app pick a random winner.

How do I invite friends?

Go to the "Social" tab in the app. You can search for your friends by their email address, or use the "Invite friends to the app" button to send them a text message with a direct download link.

Account & Data Deletion

We respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and permanently anonymize your personal data, you can do so directly within the app.

  1. Open MunchiMatch and tap the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Alternatively, you can email support@megreus.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete Account" and we will process the request within 48 hours.
